South Africa picks Hashim Amla for the Cricket World Cup 2019 Squad; Chris Morris and Reez Handricks miss out

South Africa has announced their 15-member squad for mega even. They have picked Hashim Amla in the squad while they dropped Chris Morris and Reez Handricks. There were spectulations whether Hashim Amla will be preferred over Reeza Handricks or not. Selectors have trusted him, it would probably be his last trip for South Africa.

Chris Morris and Reez Handricks could not make their cases for selection for Cricket World Cup squad. Faf Du Plessis will lead them in the biggest cricket event. They will play the opening match of the tournament against the hosts, England.

Anrich Nortje and Lungi Ngidi also have been included in the squad, they are still recovering from their respective injury. The tournament will be played in England and Wales from 30th May to June 14 2019.
